Heavy Metal Athletic :: Personal Training
Personal Training can enhance workout success. A regular personal training session lasts one hour. Most personal trainers charge 1.- per minute, summing up to 60.- per hour. In HEAVY METAL only very well educated trainers may offer training sessions.
Personal training is not necessarily reduced to a face-to-face workout. We support mini groups as well. Such mini groups must not exceed five persons.
Personal Training 1:1 (Face-to-face)
Personal Training 1:1 is best for total beginners.
Personal Training 1:1 is designed to be a face-to-face workout.
Time Frame: 60 minutes.
Personal Training 1:1 is designed to be an intense face-to-face workout where the trainer acts as spotter when performing Squats, Bench Press, or Deadlifts. He should drive the athlete to give more than just 100%. Such a workout is ultra intense; we recommend this type of exercise only once a month.
Another variant of workout is located in the rehab department: Patients with injuries or having faced an operation want to get fit again. This can be done with the personal trainer as well. He helps to perform exercises in a good manner; using the full range of motion where possible and helps to reduce pain.
Personal Training 2:1 (Mini Group)
Personal Training 2:1 is best for (false) beginners.
Personal Training 2:1 is designed to address a mini group of two persons.
Time Frame: 70 minutes.
The trainer may charge an extra 10% for the entire group. One half of this share applies per athlete.
Personal Training 2:1 adresses a mini group of two persons. It normally lasts 70 minutes to give enough time per person.
Personal Training 3:1 (Mini Group)
Personal Training 3:1 is best for intermediates.
Personal Training 3:1 is designed to address a mini group of three persons.
Time Frame: 80 minutes.
Personal Training 3:1 adresses a mini group of two persons. It normally lasts 80 minutes to give enough time per person.
The trainer may charge an extra 20% for the entire group. One third of this share applies per athlete.
Personal Training 4:1 (Mini Group)
Personal Training 4:1 is best for athletes who want to recall workout procedures.
Personal Training 4:1 is designed to address a mini group of four persons.
Time Frame: 90 minutes
Personal Training 4:1 adresses a mini group of two persons. It normally lasts 90 minutes to give enough time per person.
The trainer may charge an extra 30% for the entire group. One fourth of this share applies per athlete.
Personal Training 5:1 (Mini Group)
Personal Training 5:1 is best to recall workout secrets and hone exercises.
Personal Training 5:1 is designed to address a mini group of five persons.
Time Frame: 100 minutes
Personal Training 5:1 adresses a mini group of two persons. It normally lasts 100 minutes to give enough time per person.
The trainer may charge an extra 40% for the entire group. One fifth of this share applies per athlete.
Personal Training 10:1 (Large Group)
Personal Training 10:1 is best to recall workout secrets and hone exercises.
Personal Training 10:1 is designed to address a mini group of five persons.
Time Frame: 150 minutes.
Included in most AURUM gyms once a month.
Personal Training 10:1 adresses a large group of ten persons. It normally lasts 150 minutes to give enough time per person.
The trainer may charge an extra 50% for the entire group. One tenth of this share applies per athlete.
Personal Training Mini Group Ticket Packs
Packages come in 5 ... 100 sessions assigned to a specific group without the possibility to mix them between groups.
Gyms can offer Personal Training packs of 5, 10, 12, 15, 20, 50, or 100 sessions.
Such packs are discounted up to 50% according to the amount of sessions booked. Gyms may limit the validity of ticket packs purchased to 1000 days.
Personal packs are assigned to face-to-face sessions.
Please note that 100 tickets valid for 1000 days need a personal face-to-face training every ten days to avoid expiry. Tickets may be donated to friends. Re-selling tickets is not allowed. The gym may allow re-selling in special situations on site in the office with the participants in the office.
Group packs are assigned to a specific mini group. The complete package is exclusively assigned to 2:1; 3:1; 4:1, or 5:1. They cannot be mixed. Users may invite up to four friends. Please note that 100 tickets valid for 1000 days need a personal training every ten days to avoid expiry unless shared with friends. Re-selling tickets is not allowed. The gym may allow re-selling in special situations on site in the office with the participants in the office.
