BACK :: Latissimus Dorsi >> Pull-ups; Rowing; Lat Pull


Rowing exercises adresses the middle back muscle(s) and the latissimus. We address the LATISSIMUS DORSI mainly with Pull-ups. (DUMBBELL) Rowing and Lat Pulldowns are great alternatives.
Rowing (ROW) focuses on the middle portion. It also addresses the latissimus. Actually any of these exercises adress the whole tissue, but the exact moves make the difference.



The above mentioned exerecises can be done in the plate loaded or stacked machine. The small balancing muscles are not addressed here so you face higher weights with the machine or lower weights when having used machines before switching to free weights.
